Thrice Mac’d

Hello Vipers fans.

As you know, I’m outta town – and Internet access isn’t as easy to find in these parts as I would have wished. I’ve found a slice of Internet now though, and am stoked to find the Vipers are coming home with a 2-0 series lead against a team that didn’t earn its playoff spot.

Vipers defeat the Capitals 7-3 in Edmonton. Correct me if I’m wrong, but here are the impressions I got from the boxscore:

– Isaac “Hayes” Hess pitched lights out.
– Mac Suzuki is a freaking bear. Seriously, three innings? Wow.
– “The Real #14” Jorge Mejia is getting hot again.
– “Bonafide” Nelson Castro is unstoppable.

Can the Vipers sweep the series tonight? Here’s hoping. PC Evan Greusel takes on Chris “Very” Little.

Go Vipers!
